Mita House is the apartment building where Sato and Yamazaki live in the anime, manga, and light novel Welcome to the NHK. It is located near Ikuta Station in Kawasaki. Mita House existed in real life before being torn down and replaced by a similar residential building. The park is also a real location, as is the hill Misaki lives on, except in real life there is no mansion only more suburban homes.

The rooms in Mita House are six-mat, which refers to the size. They are bachelor apartments and have a kitchenette, a bathroom, a small balcony, and a loft bed. Similar to a motel, there is no lobby.
In the novel Satou lives in room 201, and Yamazaki in 202. However in the anime this is reversed.
