Welcome to the Arcadia Village! ("Tōgenkyō ni yōkoso!", 桃源郷にようこそ！) is the twenty-first chapter of the Welcome to the N.H.K manga.
Summary[]
As the summer comes to an end, Tatsuhiro Satou and Kaoru Yamazaki are in a state of pure bliss, induced by the drugs they are taking. The reminisce about the great moments they've shared together, including the suicide scene of the previous chapter. The drugs are also inducing vivid illusions of Hakone; they share a moment in a hot tub with a mysterious man who they make accussations of being an alien from outer space. The illussions become entirely more distorted until he is seen sprinting out of the room, making accusations of being God. His manic rampage ended with onset feelings of hopelessness, and he began to make a scene in front of everyone. In reality, Satou was admitted into the hospital for usage of illegal drugs.
His parents are in the hospital with him, and they are seen talking to his doctor about the accelerating intensity of his "condition", who advises the undying support of his family. It is suggested that they also know about his suicide attempt, as Tatsuhiro's mother, Shizue Satou, desperately begs him just to stay alive.
Seeing as his move to Tokyo has caused him nothing but detriment, he agrees to move back in with his parents in Hokkaido. Yamazaki swears to send him the completed eroge, despite having almost no content to show, and despite the fact that Yamazaki is moving back to help his parents back on the farm in Hokkaido, as well.
